What we collect and why
When you send the estimate form, we receive your name, phone number, city, the type of job and anything you write about it. We use it for one thing: to contact you about your painting estimate and the job that follows. If you call, text or email us, we keep that conversation for the same reason.
Like most websites, our host keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited) to run the site and keep it secure.
We don't sell your information
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website and reach you (website hosting, form delivery and text message delivery), and only so they can do that work for us, or when the law requires it.
Text messages (SMS)
If you send the form, you agree that J.A. Prime Coat may call or text you at the number you entered about your estimate. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your request.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We'll confirm and stop texting you.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (623) 499-0206.
- You don't have to agree to texts to get an estimate. You can call us instead.
- We don't share your phone number or your text consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Advertising, the Meta pixel and cookies
When we run Facebook or Instagram ads, this site may use the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms. It uses cookies to measure which visits come from our ads and whether someone sent the estimate form. When you send the form, a hashed (scrambled) copy of contact details such as your phone number may be sent to Meta so it can match the visit to an ad. Meta's own policies cover how Meta uses that data. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
Estimates and prices
Nothing on this website is a price quote or a binding offer. Any price we mention in person, by phone or by text before we see the job is a starting price, and the final quote follows an on-site look. Your estimate covers the work it describes.
Warranty
Any warranty on our work is only what is written on your estimate. Nothing on this website adds to or changes it.
Photos on this site
The photos on this website show work by our crew. They are examples, and your job will look like your house and the colors you choose.
Using this website
This website is for general information about our painting services. We try to keep it accurate, but services, areas and details can change. Please don't use the estimate form to send anything unlawful, or anything that isn't about a painting job.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
